By requesting or downloading the InsureAI Business Assessment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: Any information you provide will be treated as confidential and used only to produce your assessment report. InsureAI will not share your data with third parties, except in anonymised or aggregated form.
    
2. No Obligation: The assessment is provided free of charge with no commitment to purchase any InsureAI services.
    
3. Ownership: All templates, scoring logic, and assessment materials remain the intellectual property of InsureAI (Global Unity Logic Ltd). You may use them internally, but may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose them.
    
4. Data Protection: Your information will be handled securely and in accordance with UK data‑protection standards. You retain ownership of your submitted data.
    
5. No Advice: The assessment report is informational only and does not constitute legal, financial, underwriting, or regulatory advice.
    
6. Liability: InsureAI accepts no liability for decisions made based on the assessment. The assessment is provided “as‑is” without warranty.
